As Supervisor, Projects, you lead a team responsible for the safe and efficient execution of natural gas and liquids infrastructure projects. You oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and closeout, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. You collaborate across teams, develop talent, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Responsibilities/Expectations: Leads a team of project managers, engineers, and route developers, aligning workload and priorities with operations and functional groups to ensure safe efficient project delivery Manages engineering and construction of greenfield and brownfield projects ranging from $50,000 to $75 million, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence Oversees project lifecycle activities including planning, design, contracting, construction, and closeout in alignment with Williams Integrated Management System (WIMS) Develops and manages multi-year capital plans and budgets while establishing project controls, tools, and procedures to ensure financial discipline and execution consistency Participates in engineering reviews, Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), Layer of Protection Analyses (LOPA), and PSM audits Cultivates strong relationships with contractors, producers, and customers to support project success Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years' experience in oil and gas with a background in engineering or project management Preferred: Master's degree in business, project management, or engineering management Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organization/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills Solid understanding of PLC/Stage-Gate processes and extensive experience with facility construction or operations in the oil and gas industry Experience in design, construction, and commissioning power generation systems (grid-connected or islanded plants), substations, and high-voltage electrical distribution systems Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project controls tools Preferred: Electrical Engineering degree Preferred: Microsoft Project Certification Preferred: Experience with EPC in Power Generation/Data Centers LI-AK1 #LI-AK1 About Pittsburgh Pittsburgh is a city full of adventure.
