Responsibilities
- Lead all fixed operations departments including Service and Parts

Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in automotive fixed operations (Service/Parts)
- Proven track record of improving profitability, CSI, and operational efficiency
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on departmental and dealership-level reporting
- Experience working within an OEM franchise environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, coach teams, and drive accountability
- Deep understanding of service operations, technician management, and parts inventory strategy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
