Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Foundational understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Comfort working with digital tools and learning technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Education, Learning Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Experience (academic, internship, or project-based) in creating learning content or training materials
- Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Captivate, or similar)
- Exposure to LMS platforms
- Experience working with subject matter experts
- Interest in technology, engineering, or manufacturing environments
