About the role

At Auror, we owe our success to the partnerships we have with our customers, our efficiency with which we deliver leading-edge products and services, and our organisational processes. We are proud to set the standard for success in our industry globally. As an Enterprise Account Manager, known internally as a Retail Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, expansion, and long-term strategic growth across Auror's Australian enterprise retail partnerships. You're comfortable identifying opportunities, shaping account strategy and driving execution, whilst acting as a trusted commercial advisor to your customers and internal stakeholders. This role blends the strengths of an experienced Account Executive and a Strategic Account Manager. You are equally comfortable closing complex deals and building multi-year growth plans within existing accounts. Key responsibilities of this role include: Own annual revenue quota across new business, retention, and expansion within a defined portfolio of enterprise Australian retail customers. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close. Build and execute strategic account plans with clear commercial objectives, stakeholder maps, and risk mitigation strategies. Create customer narratives, using Google Slides to create presentations. Develop multi-threaded executive and operational relationships across retail customers. Identify expansion and network growth opportunities across multi-site and enterprise environments. Partner proactively with Customer Success to protect renewals, mitigate risk, and maximise lifetime value. Translate customer insight into structured feedback for Product and Marketing. Maintain rigorous forecasting discipline and high CRM hygiene within Salesforce. Navigate pricing discussions, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations with confidence. Represent Auror credibly at industry events and strengthen our position in the Australian retail market. You'll be reporting to Brett Farley, Director of Retail Partnerships ANZ. With more than two decades in tech companies, I've helped sales teams in fast-growing businesses scale effectively, adapt to change, and consistently perform at their best. I've been based in Melbourne for the past 15 years, a city I now call home and one I love for its vibrant food and coffee culture and incredible events. I'm passionate about coaching high-performance sales teams and creating environments where people can grow both professionally and personally. Seeing individuals develop, gain confidence, and succeed in their careers is what motivates me most. I thrive in rapidly changing environments and enjoy working through complex challenges. About You Experience in a SaaS business within Account Executive, Account Management, or hybrid commercial roles, supporting enterprise companies. Demonstrated experience owning a quota across both new business and expansion. A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Experience managing enterprise or multi-site customers. Strong commercial acumen: you understand margin, pipeline mechanics, and deal strategy. Bias to collaboration, with experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Legal. We are looking for people who demonstrate a strong alignment to our Guiding Principles (you can find these on our careers page ). Auror is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible application process to all candidates and we are actively working to improve diversity within the tech industry. We celebrate diversity
