Inventory and Warehouse Control Executive

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Manage packing, labeling, and preparation of outgoing stock for timely and accurate dispatch.
• Maintain proper storage, organization, and housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and update inventory records accurately.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded and documented in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, logistics) to support smooth inventory flow and operations.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
