Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation, upkeep, and optimization of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire safety installations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Integrated Facilities Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities management or other building sectors.
  • Familiar with CAFM/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exposure to energy management and sustainability-related initiatives.
  • Good project coordination, contractor management, and supervisory skills.
