Duties and Responsibilities - Attend to all guests' check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key. - Attend to guests' check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. - Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. - Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. - Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. - Attend to all guests' requests and queries promptly, politely and efficiently. - Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained to ensure guests' satisfaction.
