About the role

Salary: Up to $8000 Job Responsibilities: Develop and enhance Health & Protection (H&P) product propositions by identifying customer needs, market trends, and opportunities. Plan and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and commercial success. Create and improve sales enablement materials, including brochures, pitch decks, digital content, and customer engagement tools. Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, leveraging data and insights to optimise marketing strategies and product propositions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Digital, Product, Health, Analytics, Distribution) and external agencies to deliver successful campaigns and product enhancements. Manage health marketing initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, event execution, project management, and administrative support. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business, Finance/Economics with at least 6-8 years' experience in marketing, product development or sales. Hands-on experience in marketing on Integrated Shield Plans is a plus. Good understanding of the financial industry and familiar with the insurance landscape.
