Responsibilities

- Responds to all trouble calls and emergency calls regarding heating, air conditioning, light replacement, minor repairs, electrical, plumbing, and related items.
- Cleans and maintains all facilities related spaces and storerooms.
- Responsible for all operating logs and records on all machinery and equipment to accurately reflect maintenance, repairs and history.
- Maintains accurate check lists for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly annual tests and inspections of equipment.
- Maintains the security and proper operation of all keys, tools and portable equipment.
- Generates supply requests to maintain an adequate stock of supplies and repair parts; as approved by the Facilities Manager.
- Installs workstations, desks office and adjusts as needed.
- Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

- Respond to utility-related issues such as outages, leaks, pressure irregularities, or equipment malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs to minimize operational disruption.
