As the Senior Business Operations Manager, you will: Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across our lending business units, serving as the core connective tissue between business leaders and Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Data Analytics. Own and maintain the quality of critical corporate operating cadences, including weekly business reviews, monthly business reviews, and board material preparation. Coordinate annual corporate and strategic planning processes, managing cross-functional timelines, inputs, and deliverables. Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, with a track record of effectively influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without direct authority. Even Better: Prior experience in fintech, consumer lending, or capital markets, with a solid grasp of asset-class mechanics or lending operations. Direct experience supporting or interacting with corporate development, strategic finance, or asset liability management (ALM) teams. Familiarity with structured business review frameworks (WBR/MBR) and hands-on exposure to business unit P&L management or forecasting. Where: This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
