Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new sponsors, exhibitors, and advertising partners.
- Help with the planning and smooth running of events, conferences, and masterclasses.
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, speakers, and participants so that logistics are well-managed.

Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, or event management (experience in media, maritime, or industrial sectors preferred).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and client meetings.
