About the Position: Serve as a senior-level SHARP Program Manager for the U.S. Army in Wiesbaden, Germany, acting as the principal advisor on all matters related to the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) program. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Serving as a principal advisor on sexual harassment and sexual assault related matters, to include program management, policies, procedures, and incident reporting and analysis; (2) Assisting in the development command-wide sexual harassment/sexual assault prevention and response guidance such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), training programs, and prevention initiatives; (3) Analyzing program data, operations, and statistical trends to advise leadership, identify program problems, or provide recommendations for control measures and program improvement; and (4) Coordinating with key stakeholders-including military, federal, legal, medical, investigative, and community agencies-to plan program efforts in coordinating victim response and advocacy.. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
