Responsibilities

  • Content Development

  • Role Requirement :
  • 4+ years of experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage projects independently from concept through deployment.
  • Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM Manila time, based on business needs.
  • Previous experience in AML/CFT compliance or other highly regulated fields is an advantage.
