  • Develop and implement methods and procedures designed to eliminate maintenance problems and improve product quality.
  • Perform administrative activities such as scheduling crews, UltiPro Time and Attendance timecard reviews, completing reports, conducting safety conversations, and complying other reporting as necessary.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience supervising maintenance crews in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience in planning maintenance operations.
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
  • Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in written and verbal communication, and good spelling and grammar.
  • High degree of attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and self-directed.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
