- Perform administrative activities such as scheduling crews, UltiPro Time and Attendance timecard reviews, completing reports, conducting safety conversations, and complying other reporting as necessary.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience supervising maintenance crews in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in written and verbal communication, and good spelling and grammar.
- High degree of attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and self-directed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
