Order Fulfilment Coordinator

Requirements

• Diploma or Equivalent
• Good command of English and one other language
• Experience with Microsoft Navision will be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage as the coordinator will need to answer phone calls and handle order inquiries from Mandarin-speaking retail and food service customers
• Please note that your role will require attention to detail, strong communication skills, and working collaboratively with various teams.
• Note : Salary commensurate with your experience. It will be an added advantage if you have knowledge in the food industry.

Work location: Tuas and Bedok As an Order Fulfilment Coordinator, you will be interacting directly with our customers and be the Voice of the Customer within Frosts & Quix and manage the sales order process through to shipment. Job Responsibilities Retrieving email and WhatsApp messages, answering customer phone calls, and acknowledging customer emails. Checking the availability of ordered items. If items are unavailable, you must suggest an appropriate replacement to the customer. Process orders and warehouse shipments for food service or retail customers in our business central system. Print invoices and attach them to purchase orders. Applying for a gate pass or loading bay booking for delivery. Check the POD (Proof of Delivery) once the contractor returns the invoices for HD orders and highlights the log sheet. Working closely with the logistics team on stock availability, weight, and delivery timing. Processing returns for expired items in the BC system for Expired Stocks. Posting Van Sales Invoices daily. Attend to customer enquiries and forward this enquiry to the salesperson.
