Company Overview Our client is a global multinational organization with established operations in Singapore, supporting regional business activities across Asia. The company operates in a structured corporate environment and is well‑known for its strong internal controls, stable business operations, and compliance‑driven practices. They are currently looking to hire an Accounts Assistant cum Admin to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and general administrative functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth office operations. Working Location: Jurong East, Singapore Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM Key Duties Accounting & Finance Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) processes Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records in SAP Perform reconciliation for invoices, payments, and statements Assist with month-end closing activities Support GST reporting & compliance (training provided if needed) Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies Administration Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes Assist with contract handling and office documentation Support daily office coordination and administrative tasks Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders Key Requirements Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business or related field 1-3 years of accounting or admin experience Experience in AP / AR / invoicing / reconciliation Familiar with SAP (preferred, but not mandatory) Comfortable with Excel and basic reporting Detail-oriented and organised Able to work independently in a small team environment 📩 Click "Apply Now" to submit your application.
