Job Title: Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist Location: Leeds Pay Rate: £47,810 - £54,710 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting on behalf of its client based in Leeds for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality neurorehabilitation services. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions-helping them regain independence and enhance their quality of life through personalised therapeutic interventions. What will your responsibilities be? Lead and deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. Work collaboratively within a skilled multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior colleagues while contributing to service development and innovation. Monitor outcomes and contribute to service evaluation to ensure the highest standards of care. Build strong relationships with families, carers, and external professionals to support holistic care planning.
