About the role
Details : Monday - Friday (8.30am-6pm) Location: Ubi Performance Bonus & Career Progression Job Scope : Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and onsite visits. Perform equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing, and repairs. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly. Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and technical briefings for customers. Support in-house repair activities and provide technical guidance when required. Maintain accurate service reports and ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries and support cases.
