Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan's Key Results People: - Supports and mentors junior staff. - Contributes to team development and knowledge sharing. Client: - Executes significant portions of tax accounting method engagements. - Performs detailed tax research and develops technical analyses. - Drafts technical memoranda and client deliverables. - Interact with clients to gather data and clarify issues. Value: - Reviews work of consultants for accuracy. - Manages assigned tasks within project timelines. - Contributes to process improvements and documentation standards. - Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree required - CPA, JD, or Master of Taxation preferred or in progress - 2-4 years of experience in tax consulting or corporate tax - Excellent communication, business development, and interpersonal skills. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license required. Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities.
