Requirements

Additional Information

Responsibilities and Tasks: Lead and manage shift technicians and contractors to achieve operational objectives. Call out and highlight issues on the production line that cause roadblocks to the team meeting operational targets and objectives. Ensure adequate training and compliance with SOPs to eliminate safety and quality risks. Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues. Maintain close communication and collaboration with production and process stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives. Establish and review SOPs to ensure they continue to be relevant and optimized for operation processes. Explore and develop an agentic AI approach to improve productivity and protect quality. Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials deployment. Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
