Job description: To cook high quality traditional authentic Indian food, speciality in Indian and bangladesh Should have the knowledge about properties and usage of herbs and spices in food preparation, and to cook Indian and bangaladesh dishes in a traditional way. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Cook food in variousutensils or grillers Check food while cooking to stir or turn Willing to work long hours and OT when required Flexible to work in any shifts, especially in split shifts. Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
