We are seeking a Product Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth through a sophisticated Ad Tech skillset, a data-first mindset, and a keen eye for programmatic trends. The ideal candidate is commitment to maximizing yield efficiency while maintaining a premium user experience, adept at crafting intelligent advertising solutions through optimal touch points across our ecosystem, and excels at navigating technical complexity and driving results through seamless cross-functional collaboration. As the Product Manager, Revenue Optimization for Yahoo Taiwan, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing a roadmap that balances driving our ad revenue business goals with our user needs across a diverse set of ad solution pillars. You'll be responsible for ensuring goals are met by helping teams prioritize, execute, and measure progress on revenue initiatives. To be successful, you'll need to influence other teams' roadmaps and be fluent in communicating from high level strategy to execution requirements across cross functional teams (including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and analytics).

Responsibilities

  • Develop monetization strategy and execute the product roadmap to grow ad revenue across our web and app properties
  • Drive yield optimization through continuous A/B testing on ad placements, formats, and density to find the "sweet spot" between fill rates and user experience
  • Analyze complex monetization datasets and KPIs (such as eCPM, Fill Rate, CTR, and Viewability, etc) to extract actionable insights that inform product strategy and business decisions
  • Oversee the end-to-end integration and optimization of programmatic advertising stacks, including ad servers, header bidding, and open bidding protocols to maximize total yield
  • Design and implement innovative, seamless native ad formats that harmonize with content while delivering high engagement and value for advertising partners
  • Adapt product strategies proactively in response to shifting industry standards and privacy regulations, making decisive choices that ensure sustained revenue growth and competitive advantage
  • Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interest and deep knowledge in consumer products and AD platform solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of managing and evolving digital products across desktop/mobile web & app.
  • 3+ years of specialized expertise in Ad Tech and monetization, with a focus on executing revenue-driven projects that balance yield optimization with user experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the programmatic landscape, including SSPs, DSPs, and RTB protocols.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency in Google Ad Manager to drive yield optimization.
  • Advanced quantitative skills in building revenue models and yield analysis, with the ability to define specialized KPIs to forecast and track the impact of product changes on total ad revenue.
  • A strong focus and deep knowledge in AI-driven products, with the ability to identify and shape emerging revenue opportunities through AI-enhanced ad technologies and operational efficiencies.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth by actively optimizing yield efficiency and implementing strategies to maximize the market value of digital inventory.
