Responsibilities

  • Art Direction: Own and evolve the visual direction of Lenus across all brand touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels consistent, and unmistakably Lenus.
  • Define and maintain the visual identity system across formats and channels

  • Storytelling & Communication: Shape how Lenus communicates - visually and verbally - so our brand narrative connects with clarity and impact.
  • Develop campaign concepts and creative territories that resonate with our audience
  • Write and craft copy that supports the visual work - headlines, scripts, captions, presentations
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead to ensure creative output hits across every channel

Requirements

  • We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
  • 4+ years across art direction, creative production, and design execution
  • A strong portfolio spanning graphic, video, and motion work
  • Hands-on proficiency across the tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and/or AI equivalent
  • Experience developing campaign concepts and seeing them through to final output
  • A social-first instinct - you understand what performs on Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond
  • Strong communication and writing skills - you can craft a brief as well as a caption
  • An understanding of how creative connects to results - you think about impact, not just aesthetics
  • Comfortable running multiple projects and formats simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; Danish is a bonus

You will own and evolve Lenus' visual and verbal identity across markets, driving creative direction from concept to execution. You think in ideas, systems, and stories, and you know how to bring them to life efficiently across formats, channels, and audiences.
