Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on administrative experience within a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or similar industrial environment
- Warehousing and inventory coordination experience
- Experience using Tulip or similar operational workflow systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with invoicing, claims processing, petty cash, and departmental budget tracking
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, and internal team activities
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of documentation, reporting, and project deliverables

Position Overview We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will support the daily operations of the Production by performing essential administrative and clerical tasks that ensure accurate documentation, smooth workflow coordination, and timely communication across teams. This role is vital in maintaining operational efficiency, resolving system and vendor issues, and delivering reliable service to both internal and external stakeholders. Base Pay is $23 to $27 an hour depending on experience Schedule 1st shift Monday - Friday.
