CNC Supervisor (Tuas, Manufacturing)

Requirements

• Higher NITEC in Precision, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 5 years of CNC machining experience , with exposure to shopfloor operations in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and use basic measurement tools.
• Familiar with machining processes, tooling, and production planning.

Support daily machining operations, ensuring smooth workflow, manpower allocation, and timely output. Lead and guide machinists and operators, ensuring work is performed according to technical drawings and required specifications. Plan and adjust machining schedules to meet delivery timelines while optimizing machine usage and productivity. Assist in troubleshooting machining issues, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure equipment remains in good working condition. Monitor quality standards, tooling usage, and workplace safety while driving continuous improvement in operations and efficiency.
