Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, engaging content that drives understanding of strategy, reinforces priorities, and builds employee confidence and alignment.
  • Champion two-way communication-ensuring employee feedback loops are embedded and actionable.
  • Narrative & Content Strategy
  • Working closely with External Communications, refine e xecutive narrative frameworks that connect product innovation, customer value, and company strategy.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across executive communications, internal channels, and key moments.
  • Drive proactive storytelling that positions Sprinklr's leadership as credible, differentiated, and forward-looking.
  • Strategic Programs & Planning
  • Build and operationalize annual and quarterly communications plans tied to company priorities.
  • Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks to track effectiveness, engagement, and reach.
  • Lead high-stakes communications initiatives including transformation milestones, organizational changes, and major announcements.
  • Identify and implement AI workflows and a gents to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Partner closely with External Comms , Brand, Digital, HR, Product Marketing, and Field teams to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing communications team and agency partners as needed.
  • Act as a strong cross-functional collaborator-earning trust and influence across executive and functional leadership.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic, corporate, or executive communications roles.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, and/or publicly traded companies strongly preferred.
