Additional Information

About lemon.markets ๐Ÿ‹ We enable anyone to be an investor. Our mission is to grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses. By empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their customers. lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform: simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure abstracts brokerage complexity with a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and a clear regulatory framework, so partners can launch customer-centric, compliant products in weeks, not months. As part of the dwpbank Group, we share a clear goal: making investing in capital markets more accessible. By combining dwpbank's long-standing expertise and stability with lemon.markets' technology-first mindset and speed, we are building a modern, modular securities services ecosystem. Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular services, and a modern customer experience that helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a changing market. Your Mission: At lemon.markets, you'll own and grow partner/customer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to launch, day-to-day operations, and expansion. As our Senior Partner Manager, you're the partner's main point of contact and their strongest internal advocate, orchestrating cross-functional teams to help partners build successful investment products on top of lemon.markets. Our partner universe is currently evolving: alongside our direct business, where we typically work with fintechs and neobanks, we were recently acquired by dwpbank and are now building a combined offering with them. This means we'll be welcoming a new wave of partners, with a strong focus on German banking partners, who will onboard through the joint motion and be supported by Partner Management from day one. Your role is to make this journey feel customer-centric, structured, and straightforward, while ensuring we meet the regulatory and operational standards required to scale safely and sustainably. In this role you will: Support partner onboarding: While the Launch Manager leads the end-to-end onboarding from handover/intake to go-live, you'll be involved from day one-partnering closely with Launch Management and internal teams to align on timelines, unblock topics, and ensure a smooth, successful launch. Lead day-to-day partner management: Act as the single point of contact post-launch, run partner cadences, manage escalations, and represent partner needs internally. Ensure regulatory & outsourcing readiness: Drive third-party risk, compliance, and outsourcing requirements end-to-end and help define/manage SLAs where relevant. Drive partner growth: Identify expansion opportunities, translate them into concrete initiatives, and validate business cases to grow partner value and revenue. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product-market fit: Partner closely with Go-to-Market, Product, Brokerage, and Operations to feed insights back into our product and services. Build and scale the Partner Management function: Develop frameworks, playbooks, and standards, and document learnings to continuously improve how we work. You will be successful in this role if you: Bring extensive experience in B2B Partner Management, Onboarding, or Project/Program Management , and you're used to taking clear ownership of cross-functional delivery, driving outcomes beyond your own team. Have experience in the financial industry, ideally in a brokerage, brokerage-related environment, fintech, or banking context and you can quickly build a strong understanding of our business. Have experience managing a diverse partner portfolio across fast-moving fintechs/neobanks and (larger) German banks/corporate banks , adjusting your style to different decision-making cultures and stakeholder landscapes. Have hands-on exposure to regulatory environments and have worked closely with Risk, Compliance, and Outsourcing / vendor management functions to keep delivery smooth while staying within the guardrails. Understand end-to-end partner management and enjoy owning the full lifecycle: onboarding โ†’ launch โ†’ day to day management โ†’ growth/expansion. Communicate exceptionally well in English and German (C1+) building trust quickly, leading tough conversations calmly, and keeping momentum across senior internal and external stakeholders. How we take care of you: ๐Ÿš€ Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. ๐Ÿ•‘ Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. You decide on the rhythm that helps you do your best work, with only shared core hours from 12:00 to 16:00 to support collaboration. ๐Ÿข Hybrid work setup: You can work from anywhere in Germany within a hybrid model. At the same time, in-person
