This position is required to be located in the Gauteng province with ability to travel to the Cape Town office as needed. This role requires regular travel for client meetings, Sage events, roadshows, and other industry engagements. Key Responsibilities Global Support Operate within a global organization supporting clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across South Africa, Africa & Middle East, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Maintain flexibility to support meetings, events, and client engagements across multiple time zones as business needs require. Collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams to achieve organizational goals and deliver a consistent client experience. Support regional and global growth initiatives by sharing knowledge, best practices, and market insights. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between Sales, Marketing, Consulting, ERP Delivery, Finance, Sage stakeholders, and external partners. Demonstrate cultural awareness and professionalism when working with diverse clients, partners, and colleagues across international markets. Channel Development Develop and grow TydeCo's Sage Intacct Accountants Channel across the Africa & Middle East region. Support Sage channel initiatives, referrals, campaigns, executive events, roadshows, and strategic growth activities. Position TydeCo as the preferred implementation, onboarding, and support partner for accounting firms adopting Sage Intacct. Contribute to channel growth strategies that increase market awareness, partner engagement, and revenue opportunities. Accounting Firm Engagement Build trusted relationships with accounting firms, outsourced finance providers, advisory firms, and finance leaders. Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand firm objectives, service offerings, growth strategies, technology environments, and client migration opportunities. Educate firms on the value of cloud ERP solutions, automation, digital transformation, and advisory service expansion. Work with accounting firms to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance client service offerings, and drive long-term growth through technology.
