Your Opportunity We are building a high-performing Workday Financials support team and are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Specialist who wants to become a true expert in Workday Financial Management. In this replacement role, you will serve as a functional and configuration specialist across Workday Financial Management modules, including: General Ledger Accounts Payable Expenses Accounts Receivable Billing Asset Management Banking & Settlement Your responsibilities will include: Configure and maintain business process frameworks Maintain financial structures (Chart of Accounts, cost centers, Location, hierarchies, worktags etc.) Support month-end and year-end close activities Troubleshoot functional and data issues Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields Partner with Accounting and FP&A to improve reporting accuracy Support Workday bi-annual releases (impact analysis, testing, documentation) Lead small enhancements and optimization initiatives Document configurations, workflows, and governance standards Ensure strong data integrity and financial controls Improve financial processes. Partner directly with Finance leaders. Help shape how Workday enables the business. How do we define success for your role? Your Experience and Education 1-3 years of hands-on Workday Financial Management experience Experience configuring financial modules (not just end-user support) Exposure to ERP implementations or system enhancement projects Experience supporting accounting operations (AP, GL, AR, close cycle) Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP; IFRS is an asset) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Strong understanding of Workday business process framework Security role configuration knowledge Advanced reporting and calculated field experience Workday Financials certification strongly preferred Workday Reporting certification preferred The expected range of compensation for this role is $60,000 - 92,000 annually.
