- Required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience building and managing data pipelines using enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools such as SnapLogic and Ellucian Data Connect
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting integration data flows.
- Proficiency with API clients such as Postman, Bruno or Insomnia
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, or Node.js for front-end development and SQL for data modeling.
- Strong analytical skills to re-engineer procedures and develop new data-driven strategies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of the development lifecycle from initial concept through testing and final deployment.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

- Experience administering, configuring, or supporting Ellucian Banner (preferably in a SaaS environment).
- Deep familiarity with Higher Education business processes (Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid, or Finance).
