About the role
To provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Workshop team, ensuring smooth operations within the organization while upholding the company's mission, vision, and standards. Responsibilities

- Accurately capture and update data into company systems and databases
- Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain records, logs, and filing systems (electronic and manual)
- Retrieve and compile data as required for reporting purposes
- Ensure all captured data complies with company standards and procedures
- Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data
- Meet daily/weekly data capturing targets and deadlines
- Your Profile:
- Matric / equivalent qualification
- Relevant post Matric qualification will be advantageous
- Knowledge of the processes, tools, and techniques of selling goods and services over electronic channels
- 2 - 3 years' administration experience within a mining environment
- High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
- Attentive to detail
- Ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks under tight time constraints, in a high-volume environment.
- Good time management, prioritizing, and organizing skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both face-to-face and electronic
- Computer literacy
- English proficiency
- Valid driver's license (advantageous)
