Responsibilities

- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
- Prepare and manage project programmes, cost plans, and risk registers
- Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
- Support business development activities and contribute to client growth

- About You
- Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a Project Management role within construction or real estate consultancy
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. Construction, Real Estate, Engineering)
- Working towards or recently achieved RICS
- Cultural Fit & Personal Attributes (Key Focus)
