About the role

Maintain manual books of accounts in accordance with accounting and regulatory requirements. Assist in processing reimbursements, petty cash, and expense reports. Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and billing records. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring. Maintain organized files of financial documents for audit and compliance Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or accounting support roles (fresh graduates may also apply). Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
