Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk at our site in Kilbeggan which is part of the Kepak Group. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for Weekly Payroll, processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with the overall management of the accounts payable function. Start Date : Early July Reports to: Finance Manager Key Responsibilities: - Weekly payroll for 60 employees - Generating Purchase Orders - Posting Invoices - Processing SEPA payments - Reconciliation of Monthly Supplier Statements and liaising with Suppliers - Filing of documentation to support Finance audits - Monthly Stationery Order - Adhoc office duties as required by the business - Assist with Holiday cover within the Finance Department At Kepak we are looking for people who are as passionate about food as we are.
