This is a hands on role focused on individual contribution, strong execution, creativity, and day-to-day involvement within our growing in-house creative team. We are looking for a talented designer who is passionate about creating high-quality visual work and collaborating closely with different teams across the business. The role is full-time and office based in Limassol , Cyprus. Responsibilities Develop high-quality visual content across multiple platforms (web, print, digital, social media, presentations, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams as part of the marketing team (product, UX/UI, and developers) Contribute to concept development and visual storytelling Maintain and evolve brand guidelines Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience working as a Graphic, Visual, or Web Designer Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a range of media Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with AI tools. 3D software is a plus Familiarity with branding, web design, marketing design, and digital advertising formats Industry-specific experience in fintech is a plus Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Interview steps Recruiter screen (~30 minutes) Technical Interview (1 hour) Test task Final Interview with managers (1 hour) Our benefits Excellent compensation package Medical insurance Provident fund In-house gym with a personal trainer Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages Company discount card for various products & services 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually Shuttle bus service from Limassol Birthday gift Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support
