About the role
Job scope: Administer medications, treatments, including wound care, and interventions as prescribed. Plan, implement, evaluate, and revise individualised care plans in collaboration with multi‑disciplinary team (including allied health, behaviour support, therapists). Provide emotional support during meltdowns of the residence. Ensure safe and therapeutic care environment Supervise nurse aides or healthcare assistants.
