We're looking for a dynamic BD Manager to join our Singapore office and collaborate closely with our regional and global Business Development teams. In this role, you'll support our corporate practices by driving cross-practice, sector-focused initiatives and empowering partners with strategic planning, profile-raising, and market growth strategies. You'll lead pitches and proposals, manage high-impact BD initiatives, and contribute to client development, CRM programmes, and thought leadership campaigns. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the firm's presence and reputation across Singapore and Southeast Asia. To be successful in this role, you should have: Appropriate undergraduate/postgraduate degree qualification(s) At least five years' relevant professional experience Ability to work collaboratively as part of a broader team, both within BD and with other departments Confidence in dealing with partners and senior stakeholders Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure High degree of attention to detail Proven ability to establish professional credibility Excellent service delivery skills and high level of responsiveness
