This role serves as a key member of the leadership team and plays an essential role in advancing our commitment to exceptional home health and hospice services. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services Ensure compliance with state, federal, Medicare, and accreditation requirements Oversee clinical quality improvement initiatives and patient outcomes Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and executive leadership Monitor and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence Support census growth through exceptional service delivery and community relationships Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (License in state of New Mexico) Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience Home Health management experience strongly preferred Thorough knowledge of Medicare regulations and clinical compliance standards Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Competitive salary + performance incentives Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Generous PTO and work-life balance Ongoing leadership development and career advancement opportunities A supportive, mission-driven culture where your voice matters
