Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned small group employee benefits and individual disability/life clients

- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and support client retention
- Successful Candidates Will Have:
- 2+ years of experience in employee benefits within an insurance brokerage or agency environment
- Experience supporting small group (2-99 lives) clients strongly preferred
- Familiarity with fully insured benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary coverages, as well as individual disability/term life insurance
- Working knowledge of employee benefits compliance and enrollment processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Applied Epic a plus
- Active Life & Health insurance license
