Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Optimization
• Assist in evaluating existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Participate in time and motion studies to improve productivity and optimize resource utilization.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data (e.g., cycle time, downtime, and throughput).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support operations teams.
• Production Support
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support planning and scheduling activities to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Continuous Improvement Projects
• Participate in assigned improvement projects related to cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality enhancement.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving manufacturing performance and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
