Requirements
- A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Qualified professional - trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter / Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent.
- Industry experience - proven experience in component rebuilds within heavy equipment, mining, or mechanical workshop environments.
- Technically skilled - strong mechanical aptitude with well-developed fault-finding abilities.
- Caterpillar experience (highly regarded) - familiarity working with Caterpillar equipment or components .
- Quality focused - high attention to detail with a strong commitment to workmanship standards.
- Technically capable - ability to read and interpret technical manuals and follow detailed specifications.
