We're looking for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to lead the design of complex enclosures and housings for diagnostic medical devices; you'll touch every part of the development process from concept through to production. Advanced knowledge of Solidworks, including surfacing techniques Advanced knowledge of a variety of manufacturing techniques: injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal, MIM, 3D printing, composites Design of products which balance complex considerations such as thermal, EMI, ingress protection, ergonomics, aesthetics A solid understanding of GD&T A history of working in multidisciplinary teams Typical Education and Experience B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years of related experience Employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without an accommodation . medium work that will occasionally require employee to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs. to greater than 50 lbs.
