Responsibilities
- OT Security Operations & Service Ownership
- Operate and continuously improve OT security services in factory environments , proactive threat hunting or detection support

- Disaster Recovery, Change Enablement & Collaboration
- Support the definition and execution of OT disaster recovery strategy, backup concepts, recovery readiness, and service continuity measures
- Act as the bridge between global or external teams and local factory IT by assessing operational impact, defining mitigation actions, and ensuring changes fit maintenance windows and production constraints
- Act as the single point of contact for OT security topics in Switzerland and collaborate closely with factory IT, global cybersecurity, production, investment department and external vendors
- Your Background:
- Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a comparable technical field
- Strong knowledge of OT and ICS environments, including SCADA, PLC networks, and industrial protocols, combined with relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity topics such as network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and monitoring or detection solutions
- Familiarity with OT security frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or ISO 27001, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with OT vulnerability management, monitoring & detection platforms and OT IDS solutions
- Fluent German is mandatory; good English skills are required , Italian as a plus
- High ownership, reliability, accountability, and willingness to support onsite factory environments across multiple locations in Kanton Aargau and external sites
