Supply chain specialist (Singapore base) Data and analysis - Collect and analyze inventory movement for optimum levelinventory holding to meet market needs without under or over inventory. - Manage inventory levels, monitor stocklevels, and track inventory regularly - Identify inventory risk and discusswith Singapore cross-functional leadership team for risk mitigation actions - Effective use of demand planning andinventory monitoring tools - Coordinate between logistic agent andBrunei vendors to ensure effective and timely delivery according to schedule. - Monitor and monitor inventory holdingand movement between warehouses in Singapore - Extract open orders data on theregion every month Interpersonal and collaboration - Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders including but not limited to corporate supply chain and Singaporewarehouse team to ensure smooth logistic operation - Coordinating between incoming orders from Singapore andBrunei vendors to ensure transportation and delivery schedules from Singaporewarehouse to meet customer needs - Leadmonthly demand and forecast discussion with Singapore crossfunctional leadership team - Lead bi-monthly discussion withcorporate supply chain team - Providing customer service andsupport on deliver topics when required - Coordinate with freight forwarder andBrunei vendor for shipment to Brunei Procurement and operation - Plan and place purchase order fortimely arrival and sufficient inventory holding - Follow up closely with corporatesupply team on pending orders and urgent demand products to minimize impact dueto stock shortage. - Ensure purchase at accurate andupdates regular and tender CIF pricing
