Requirements

Brief: This position sits in our Freight Platform and will offer the opportunity to join one of the major global dry bulk freight operators, shipping 55 million tons of cargoes per year, concentrating integrated activities of chartering, trading and market analysis. Main Responsibilities: Communicate and liaise with vessel owners/masters/charterers, trading team and other relevant stakeholders Responsible for following up on post fixture activities Basic understanding of Storage Plan Bunkering Optimization ensure close collaboration with bunker desk to successfully manage bunker planning Monitor vessel performance with assistance from 3rd party Routing providers Understanding principles of Voyage Profit & Loss Understanding of main charter party clause Manage assigned external relations with customers and / or vendors Ensure and champion a close and harmonious working relationship with the relevant Commercial team Collaborate effectively with other Freight Platform desks
