Let's talk about the role: The Store Manager is responsible for the effective operating, running and achievement to budget of their store/s through effective leadership and management of their teams and developing an exceptional customer centric culture. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that team/s are inspired and empowered to deliver the achievement of sales, key performance indicators and customer service aligned with our vision to ensure that each customer's needs are met through our products/services and they are achieving a good night's sleep. Driving a culture that is laser focused on amazing customer service Effective leadership and management of the team Lead, motivate, develop & drive the team to achieve commercial targets. Demonstrate an energetic approach in both sales and management Liaise and build relationships with Sleep Physicians, General Physicians, Sleep laboratories and other allied health professionals to drive and maintain business Manage, coordinate and approve leave applications for team members. Ensure alignment with roster requirements. Manage store rosters aligned with sales volumes and team members leave. Ensure each store is running at optimal staffing levels. Recruit, on board and mentor staff as required Manage stock control including but not limited to ordering, movement through stock transfers to and from the store, stock takes etc. Complete merchandising as required. Maintain relationships of key stakeholders Work collaboratively with multi-function teams and other store managers Let's talk about you: Previous success in retail management Ability to recruit and motivate a team. You have an open mindset to change and a strong ability to lead others effectively through change Sales focused and goal-driven Displays excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills A passion for creating a fantastic customer experience Has full knowledge of own area of responsibility and applicable practices and procedures Having the experience in managing the performance, training and development of a team is an advantage To really get us excited, you will be driven to learn new skills and keen to secure a role which offers exposure to an exciting industry that can offer an exciting new career.
