Requirements

• Valid Connecticut license is required
• Oncology experience strongly encouraged, but not required
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities will include: Conducting in-office follow-ups with oncology patients Providing continuity of care for oncology patients Performing hospital consults and follow up care for inpatient hematology and oncology patients Providing weekend coverage for the hospital as part of the oncology team
