Sample Coordinator - Entry level (Fragrances/6mths)

German MNC Cosmetic & Science industry Entry level, training provided 6 months contract - convertible to perm Working hours: 830am to 530pm Working days: Mon to Fri Salary: Basic $2,400 per month Job duties: Manage fragrance oil inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment, expiry tracking, and inventory updates. Process sample requests through PACE/SAP, coordinate sample preparation, and release production orders as required. Coordinate sample movement between internal teams and maintain accurate inventory records. Liaise with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely sample delivery and order fulfilment. Support new product launches and prepare fragrance samples using automated dosing equipment and manual compounding methods.
