Responsibilities

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across shifts and functions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

  • Experience in water or wastewater treatment operations
  • Prior experience in continuous/process plant operations
  • Technical degree, trade certification, or relevant post-secondary training
  • Wastewater operator license or willingness to obtain

  • Ability to obtain DOT medical card
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements
  • Some travel may be required (20%-80% depending on division/location, including overnight stays)

This role includes direct customer interaction and may support multiple systems, locations, or sites.
