The Transformation Specialist connects strategy to execution by evolving how Product Development operates . The role drives organi s ational agility and uplift by optimi sing practices and processes, and shap ing operating and delivery models. By embedding simplicity, autonomy with responsibility, and a focus on outcomes over outputs, the Transformation Specialist enables teams and leaders to scale effectively and deliver measurable impact. A taster of what you will be involved with: Lead and support transformation initiatives that improve ways of working, uplift agility, and optimise operating and delivery models across Product Development. Act as a consultant and problem solver, using diagnostics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cultural barriers, co-creating practical, scalable solutions. Design and refine organisational structures, processes, and practices to strengthen collaboration, compliance, and delivery effectiveness. Partner with leadership to align strategy with execution through OKRs, lean portfolio management practices, and outcome-driven planning. Facilitate workshops and interventions that surface challenges, enable alignment, and drive decision-making agility. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, radical simplicity, and "talent over title," encouraging autonomy, ownership, and learning agility. Ensure compliance and operational uplift by integrating frameworks such as ITIL while maintaining flexibility and agility. Provide insights and recommendations that enable leadership to make informed, impactful decisions. Build delivery and operational capabilities drawing from agility, lean and operational experience, across teams and leaders by enabling mindset shifts, coaching, and knowledge sharing. Monitor transformation progress, track outcomes, and ensure initiatives deliver tangible business and customer value
